I wanted to install the stable version of Debian,But I don't know which ISO file to be download. 3.1r1,Confused me,

non-US only refers to the encryption software. By laws of USA, certain software alogrithms are not allowed for export. For end users like us, who cares?

But I don't understand the version.you mean the ISO files are the stable version,but if I want to install a testing(In FreeBSD, we say release) version,which file should I download?

Official "Testing" ISO does not exist but there are unofficial CD/DVD images for "Testing" and "Unstable" releases. Have a look at the bottom of http://www.debian.org/CD/http-ftp/
