help me , kde starting problem

i'm  using slackware 10. i made some changes to set font config yesterday. after i reboot today , i fond i couldnt start kde& gnome
that's the error message:
Could not read network connection list root/.DCOPserve_hide_0
please cheak whether decopserve is running
somehow ,my xfce still can work . i want to know why and how to solve this

i fix it, just add
    Load        "speedo"
    Load        "xtt"
to my xorg.conf . but i still dont know how it works
