试试国外的镜像，没有办法，估计楼主是使用网通的宽带，网通和电信的互联一直都存在问题。

可以尝试用台湾的源，在UBUNTU的官方网站应该可以找到，记得有个朋友是铁通的，我推荐他用台湾的源，速度还不错。

我使用的是中国网通的1M-ADSL线路。arch的更新都在110K-150K左右。。真是爽。可就是软件少了点。

还是我这里广东电信ADSL情况好些，ubuntu更新满速200K，arch也200K，如果是gentoo,小日本的网站速度是最快的。arch不是正在搞软件库什么的？看样子某个软件非要投票支持多才入选，似乎不太乐观。

我的是电信（南方）的宽带，速度都在200K以上。网通的也不至于这么慢吧，窄带拨号都不止。。。
是不是有什么其它原因
