正在编译xorg682...
我是以lfs6为基础的，由于用gcc4编译，打了不少补丁(或使用不同的源码)。期待能进行下去。

4.0.1 is merely a bug fix release of the buggy 4.0. Many ABI problems and incompatibilities are still unresolved. The upcoming 4.1 is truly worth waiting.

ABI的问题，4.1跟4.0,3.4都是一样的，都会存在兼容问题

Oh dear! I was suffered from the ABI compatibilities problems since 3.4. Sounds like I still have to keep 3.3 in my system.

But I know there are lots of improvements in 4.1 over 4.0. Still worth waiting.

Do not use Fedora Core 4 or any other distribution that contains gcc-4.0. This compiler was just released, and many packages will require patches and/or may break
