如何还原分区?

刚才装系统时,在分区那一步,按回车太快了,不小心把一个fat32的分区变成了ext3(好象还没格掉),进入xp后还能认出那个分区,当双击要打开时提示:驱动器H中的磁盘未被格式化,想现在格式化吗?
  我没敢点"是".请问我的H盘究竟有没有格掉?没格掉的话还能还原里面的东西吗?

Partition tools such as fdisk or cfdisk etc only make changes on your partition table.  No actual formatting action is done until you issue the commands mkfs.xxxx (e.g. mkfs.ext3).  Therefore, your drive H is not yet formatted.

Backup your data if you can still mount this partition under Linux.
