走到硬件自检的地方就卡了
不再进行了

I have read several posts in the forum that teach you how to install Linux (including Arch, Gentoo and Debian) in USB mobile hard disk.  In fact, I am running Kanotix (Debian) on a USB HDD.  Which distro are you using?

On the other hand, you may need BIOS support if you want to boot USB devices.
