3. 用法：touch [选项]... 目录...
   
4. 将每个<文件>的访问及修改时间都更新为目前的时间。
   
5. 长选项必须用的参数在使用短选项时也是必须的。
   
6.   -a                     change only the access time
   
7.   -c, --no-create        do not create any files
   
8.   -d, --date=STRING      parse STRING and use it instead of current time
   
9.   -f                     (ignored)
   
10.   -m                     change only the modification time
    
11.   -r, --reference=文件   使用指定<文件>的时间属性而非目前的时间
    
12.   -t STAMP               使用 [[CC]YY]MMDDhhmm[.ss] 格式的时间而非目前的时间
    
13.   --time=WORD            使用 WORD 指定的时间：access、atime、use 都等於 -a
    
14.                            选项的效果，而 modify、mtime 等於 -m 选项的效果
