安装gcc-c++3.2.2-5.i386.rpm时出的 问题和一个MPLAYER的问题

各位大侠:
   小弟在 LINUX的 光盘 安装gcc-c++3.2.2-5.i386.rpm的时候,编译时说
error: Failed dependencies:
        libstdc++-devel = 3.2.2 is needed by gcc-c++-3.2.2-5
请问为什么?
还有啊,在安装MPLAYER的时候,
用./configure的时候 出现的说明
Checking if your compiler 'gcc' supports C++ ... no
Your C++ compiler does not support C++, make sure you have enabled it on
compiler compilation or for binary packages, make sure the appropriate
packages are installed!
If you don't need DirectShow support, you can also use:
./configure --disable-dshow <your-normal-configure-options>
to disable building of the C++ based DirectShow code.

当时我就跟着第二步用了
./configure --disable-dshow
出现的说明如下

Failed to find a WIN32 codecs dir at /usr/lib/win32!
Create it and copy the DLL files there! (You can get them from your windows
directory or download them from:
ftp://thot.banki.hu/esp-team/linux/MPlayer/w32codec.zip

我是不是要再去下载个w32codec.zip?
那 要是 怎么安装啊?解压到那里?
