怎样才能修改网页连接的时限？请大家帮帮忙

大家好，我用的是linux操作系统上网，我用的是固定ip地址包月上网，但是要输入帐号和密码，
但是我大多情况下连接不上，但又时候又能够连接上，连接上后过一段时间就自动掉线了，还要再拨号，我很郁闷呀，有没有哪位高人能告诉我怎么修改上网的时限怎么修改呀？

可以在/etc/httpd/conf/httpd.conf配置文件里进行配置!!!很简单!!!!
