reiserfs文件系统对磁盘分区有最小要求吗？

我有一个分区20M的样子，怎么都无法格式化成reiserfs
提示下面的错误信息，我不是很明白它的意思，有人说会不会是太小了。还有
我在这个硬盘上的MBR上装了GRUB，不知道和这个有没有关系。
mkfs.reiserfs -f /dev/hda1
