help~~where is my fcitx??

i have just install fcitx in my system RH9
how ever i can get it run!!!
i install it as fallows (as root)
1-rpm -ivh fcitx-**.rpm --nodeps --force
2-rpm -e miniChinput
3-cd /usr/bin
4-ln -s gWuBi
5-restart my X windows !
6-input the command fcitx
the top of my KDE had flashed something,then nothing happened!!

已经存在另一个同名服务程序 xcin-zh_CN.GB2312
[linwu@localhost linwu]$

what is wrong??? any one can help me??
