求助,mplay安装后的信息,请问到底安装完整了没有?

red hat linux 9.0 系统自带的驱动程序VT8233 AC97声卡驱动
软件:mplayer-0.93 我安装了核心部分,没有安装Gui界面,用该软件播放音乐的时候,能正常播放,但是每次执行mplay XX.mp3时,总先出来以下信息

there is a subdirectory .../MPlayer-10pre5/etc  , enter the directory you can
see the demo configuration. you should copy the files to the location giving in the messages you have got.  you can change something in the current files to help the mplayer work properly.

sorry for that I can type Chinese in "firefox" ,I don't kown why? but I can type Chinese in the KWrite , Lumaqq.......

修改了一下,把没有的文件给复制上去了,但是还是有个问题

在root下是可以的,请问怎么改这个问题呢?

现在播放的 是mp3，当然不存在问题拉，播放电影可能就没这么幸运拉。 你可以试下在文本格式下播个rm，rmvb文件看看能不能default过去。我是copy了的，codecs.conf不用修改，example.conf改名为config，并且修改了一些东西，主要是音频，视频输入，输出等。

靠着这些配置，我还有碰到不能播放的格式。
