Thank you for your response, I am happy to know that this is on the roadmap. Win4Lin is really a great product and I hope it will go further with a win2000 support.
Now, to those who would like to force Adobe to develop for Linux or Win98, I would say that in the world of professionnal desktop publishing you only have the choice between Indesign an Xpress... Scribus for Linux is not bad but has not the level of Indesign.

Windows 2000 support is our top New Development priority. It is very much on our roadmap, but we are still in the early stages. It is a very large and complicated job, and we are not yet prepared to estimate any release dates at this time.

Hi Emmanuel,We too recognize this need and are proactively working on a solution.
Our current roadmap, if all goes as planned, is to have a public beta of Windows 2000 support sometime around the October-November timeframe. I am not calling this a commitment, as there are still many unknown factors to resolve, but we are fairly confident at this point.
We will be conducting a beta program similar to the ones we've conducted before (i.e. Win4Lin 5), using members from this list. I will call for testers when the time comes, and you will be more than welcome to join the program at that point.
