I think the urpmi may has a bug, since it hung when I was installing some rpm pakages via FTP with command model. It said that the mysql-max pakage and sql-client pakage, which is needed, is conflict to the ones I had installed. In fact what I had inustalled is newer (but form cooker). At last, the installation failed. Then, I found that the GUI urpmi didn't work. After my restarting PC, I even found that the harddrake files was set to be dev/null, so, they should be broken. I try to reinstall it ,and found the problem of urpmi.
I can reinstall harddrake from a rpm file, but what can I do with the urpmi? I don't understand the mean of the error info very clearly, but I think reinstallng is a way. Should I complie the source code of urpmi? Where to find it? Could anybody tell me about these?
Please!
Sorry, but I can't input Chinese at this moment. |
