请教:windows server2003 和linux 双系统的安装问题

我用windows2003的盘或硬盘魔术师分区,我的硬盘80G,windows NTFS的分区3个,各20G,剩下的不分区,或者是先分区然后在windows装好后释放该分区,装完windows以后,当用linux的盘(红帽子或fedora core2)引导起来以后,在图形安装界面下,依次设置完语言和键盘后,就会出现如下的警告:
     the partition table on/dev/hda is inconsistent .There are many reasons why this might be the case.Often, the reason is that linux detected the Bios geometry incorrectly.However,this does not appear to be the case here. It is safe ti ignore,but ingnoring may cause (fixable)problems with some boot loaders.And may cause problems with FAT file systems.Using LBA is recommended.
     有两个选项按钮,放弃和取消,无论点击哪个,都可以继续安装,但装完后,两个系统都起不来..(另,用魔术师分区分完区以后,直接只安装linux是好的,不出现上面的提示)

先装WIN2003，再装LINUX，没必要先用PQ把区分出来的，只需要把安装LINUX的空间留出来，装LINUX的时候用它自带的分区工具就可以，一定要把LINUX的引导写入MBR。
