Can i share the same gnome with my Fedora core 1,,is it possible?when i have enough time ,i ll try it!! so i can login the same graphic interface!

You can always put the whole gnome libs in a separated directory like /opt/gnome. But note that GLIBC(not sure other stuff) has to be same in both systems, otherwise GNOME might not work.
