请教怎样用mail命令带file参数发出?

其实在下用HP_UNIX server;做了一个脚本想添加auto-mail功能,就是不知怎样在脚本里用这个命令.:
mail -f myfile my@sohu.com
[content...]
<ctrl+D>[end]
还望大家给些提示.
